Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, you are not able to cancel your order. However, you may amend your order by talking to one of our customer service representatives.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship worldwide and our shipment cost is dependent on the destination and weight of the parcel.
How long does it take for delivery ?
We process all orders on a daily basis (Monday-Friday). Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days.
How to track my order delivery?
Once your order has been fulfilled and assigned for delivery, you will receive a notification of your order status and tracking number via email. You may track your parcel on Ninjavan / Aramex.
Alternatively, you can login to your account on our website and check under order status.
How can I change my delivery details?
Unfortunately, we are unable to allow any amendments once your order has been confirmed. However, you may contact our customer service to amend the address details.
How do I return an online purchase?
All returns should be sent to the following address. Please include in the package your Order Reference Number.

When will I get my refund after I have returned my order?
Once we receive your return, it will take 7 business days to process. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive store credit to make your next purchase.
Is it possible to get a refund?
Innersejuk will issue you via store credit with which you may utilize for your next purchase.
How many days do I have to return my order?
Returns are within 14 days (local orders) and 30 days (international orders) of receiving the items from us.
Will my shipping costs for returns and exchange be covered?
Customers will need to cover their own shipping costs for all returns.
