Terms & Conditions Payday Sale


Innersejuk Payday Sale is organized by Airaz Biomechanics Sdn Bhd and shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions herein. By participating in this promotion, the Eligible Participants (as defined in Clause 1 below) hereby expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by Innersejuk with respect to the promotion shall be final and binding.


  • Eligibility and Platform

    1. This promotion is split into two parts. For the online portion, it is open to all Innersejuk customers in any geographic location. For the physical store portion, it is open only to visitors to the physical retail outlets of Innersejuk in Malaysia. Collectively, customers for both parts are referred to as (‘Eligible Participants’).
    2. This promotion is only accessible through purchases on Payday sale campaign (‘Campaign platform’), Buy 1 gets 50% off the second item (‘Online’) and 25% off for selected item (‘Physical retail’)

  • Promotion Terms and Conditions

    • 2.1. Online

    1. The promotion commences on 22 July 2022 until 31 July 2022 (Buy 1 gets 50% off the second item).
    2. Buy 1 item at its regular retail price and get 50% off the regular retail price of second item
    3. This promotion is applicable to all products on the platform excluding all facemask, Inner and handsox products.
    4. 50% less items cannot be exchanged for cash.
    5. This offer is only valid during said promotional period.
    6. If a customer returns any of the items within the 2nd less 50% offer they must also return the 50% item

    2.2. Physical retail

    1. The promotion commences on 22 July 2022 until 25 July 2022 (Round 1) and 29 July 2022 until 31 July 2022 (Round 2) (25% off for selected item).
    2. Buy 1 item at 25% off the retail price.
    3. This promotion applicable to all product on the physical retail excluding all facemask product
    4. This offer is only valid during said promotional period.
    5. Customers cannot return any promotion items. 



  • General Terms & Conditions

    1. Innersejuk shall not be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever including but not limited to technical failures of any kind whatsoever, intervention, interruptions, and/or electronic or human error in the administration and/or processing of the transaction for the Contest.
    2. Innersejuk reserves the right to amend, shorten, cancel, suspend, or terminate this promotion or any part thereof from the date the promotion commences. Such notice shall be published by Innersejuk via the Innersejuk website (www.Innersejuk.com.my) and/or through any other mode of communication as determined at the absolute discretion of Innersejuk. 
    3. For the avoidance of doubt, the amendment, shortening, cancellation, suspension, or termination of this promotion by Innersejuk shall not entitle the Eligible Participants or any other persons whatsoever to make any claim or compensation against Innersejuk for any losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the such amendment, shortening, cancellation, suspension, or termination.
    4. The terms and conditions stated herein shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and all relevant parties shall hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
