What is your shipping method?
We utilize a courier service via PosLaju for local shipments and shipping rates may vary depending on your location.
We do offer international delivery via DHL for international shipments. However, the shipping rates may vary depending on the courier partners and/or customs excise of the respective countries.
When will I receive my order?
Ready-stock items will take 5-7 working days, while made-to-order items will take 7-10 working days. For international shipments, please allow 14-21 working days (subject to customs clearance).
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some shipments may be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Can I self-collect instead of having my items delivered to me?
For the time being, we don’t offer any store pick-up because of MCO. Once it’s available, we will let you know!
What is your return policy?
We hope that you love what you have ordered. But, fret not if the order isn’t right for you. Here’s what you need to know on your return option;
- Exchange for different size or colour
Replacement for wrong or defective items
Here’s quick information on our return policy;
- Following items can’t be refunded or returned or exchanged; all face masks, innerwear, bodysuits, lingerie, and/or swimwear.
- The items have to be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the day you received the parcel. Request has to be made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to our Customer Care.
I want to return or exchange. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Should the situation occur, you may return by post. To make an online return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or via whatsapp at +60103627613. Our Customer Care will do our best to assist you.
We will then send the item to our inspection team and then decide if the return, exchange or refund meets our criteria.
Please note that the merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and/or unused with the hangtag and/or label attached, along with the original receipt.
Can I return an item that is on sale?
Products on sale or marked down items are not eligible for return, refund and exchange.
- Please be sure to double check your return item(s) before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-INNERSEJUK products.
- If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact INNERSEJUK Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt.
