Returns and Exchange Policy for Innersejuk

 

You have 30 days to carry out a return or exchange, provided that the item is eligible (see Return Conditions below).

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

 

a. Eligible Items: Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging. Items that are not in resalable condition may not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Sale Items: Items marked as "Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Accessories: For hygiene reasons, accessories, including earrings, inners and underscarves, undergarments, and swimwear, cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

These are the steps you should follow:

 

  1. Send us an email to return@innersejuk.com and indicate your order number, as well the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Attach clear photos of the product if there is a defect or damage.

 

  1. Use the return label given in the response email

(Please note that Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, except in cases of defective or damaged products. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.)

 

Packaging: Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Use the original packaging if possible.

 

Returns must be shipped from the same country to which they were delivered.

 

Upon reception, your return will be processed within 3 to 7 working days and you will receive a confirmation email at that time. If your return does not meet the conditions stated above, we will send it back to you.

 

Please note that Innersejuk monitors the number of returns made by customers. A high number of returns in breach of our Terms & Conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the cancellation of all future orders.
